"No issues"
Rating as 5* because I personally didn't experience any problems with DietBet. I took part in a transformer bet (lose 10% in 6 months) and won all of my money back plus about £100 on top. Money was transferred through PayPal and I had no issues with this. I also had no problems with weighing in etc so cannot comment on their communication.
What I liked with DietBet is that everyone wins the same amount regardless of how much they actually lose. I only wanted to lose about 10-15lbs, so when I used other weight loss companies (HealthyWage) I was getting shockingly low predicted winnings (was quoted to make a £10 profit if I lose 10% in 6 months). With diet bet, everyone wins the same amount as long as you lose 10%. The transformer bets are also done in rounds, so you can lose the first few rounds and still win the remaining rounds, which is nice.

Sadly a very dishonest and sneaky company who pitch themselves as wanting to help people. But really don’t at all, and communication is dire.
